Join Us !

We're a group of enthusiasts who simply enjoy flying model helicopters. If that sounds like you, why not come along and join our club.

From the 19th March 2010 we will fly from at a new field belonging to the Norfolk Showground which is accessed from Bawburgh Road in Easton. Follow the signs to Easton College and opposite their entrance is the entrance to the field. If the gate is locked you can get in on foot, walk to the end of the road and if there are members present someone will let you in.

So come and join in!

Your first flight is FREE; thereafter you'll need to complete our membership form (pdf format) and send to the address on the form together with your payment. The membership form must be returned directly to the club's Membership Secretary; as described on the form - please do not hand it in at Pegasus Models.

Membership is free to anyone who is 16 or under, so long as they have BMFA insurance. This can be obtained, for a BMFA fee, via the club or direct from the BMFA.

The membership form uses Adobe Acrobat PDF. If you do not have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC, you can download it from the Adobe website.

To fly, you are required to be a member of the BMFA - for insurance purposes (They can be contacted on 0161 244 0028) - and this can be paid for through the club.

PLEASE NOTE We are and will always remain a Helicopter Club and although we are now allowed to fly fixed wing DO NOT JOIN if it is your intention to just fly planes. We will require all new members to demonstrate that they can or are learning to fly helicopters and if you just turn up with a plane you probably will not be allowed to fly.
